Our Prefab Saunas are complete, self-contained rooms designed for quick and easy installation in any open space with a waterproof floor. Engineered for convenience, they feature an exclusive panel locking system that requires no screws or bolts, making them the fastest and strongest prefab saunas available. Each panel is just 24″ wide for easy transport through the home, and all parts—interior and exterior—are included. With built-in electrical conduit and a pre-mounted control option, setup is straightforward. A minimum ceiling height of 87″ is required (89″ for saunas 8’x8′ or larger).

Outdoor prefab saunas are built to withstand the elements while providing a relaxing, authentic sauna experience in your backyard or patio. Designed for easy installation, they come fully equipped with weather-resistant materials, pre-fitted panels, and our signature locking system for a strong, screw-free assembly. Our 5-sided prefab saunas are a unique space-saving solution designed to fit neatly into corners while still offering a roomy, comfortable interior. Like all prefab saunas, they come complete with pre-fitted panels, built-in electrical conduit, and an exclusive locking system for fast, screw-free assembly. Perfect for maximizing floor space without compromising on quality or performance.

Detoxification & Cleansing

Sweating in a sauna helps flush out toxins from your body, improving circulation and supporting your natural detox process for clearer skin and overall well-being.

Stress Reduction

Sauna heat reduces inflammation, eases pain, and speeds recovery while promoting endorphin release for stress relief and mental clarity.

Frequently asked questions

What types of saunas do you build?

We offer precut saunas, prefab saunas, outdoor saunas, and five-sided prefab saunas — and for homeowners who want something truly one-of-a-kind, we also do fully custom sauna builds designed from the ground up to fit your specific space, style, and vision. Whether you want a traditional indoor sauna, a space-saving corner unit, a backyard outdoor sauna, or a completely custom design, we have options to fit your lifestyle and budget.

Traditional saunas heat the air around you using a wood-burning or electric heater, typically reaching temperatures between 150–195°F. The high heat and steam create the classic sauna experience most people are familiar with. Infrared saunas use infrared light panels to heat your body directly rather than the surrounding air, operating at lower temperatures — usually 120–140°F — while still producing a deep, therapeutic sweat. Traditional saunas are great for the authentic sauna experience and social use, while infrared saunas are often preferred for therapeutic benefits like muscle recovery and joint relief. We can help you determine which option best fits your goals and space during your free estimate.

Sauna costs vary depending on the type, size, materials, and installation requirements. Every project is different, and the best way to get an accurate number is a free in-home estimate where we can assess your specific space and recommend the right option for you.

It depends on the type of sauna and your local municipality’s requirements. Outdoor saunas and those requiring electrical work are more likely to need a permit. We’ll advise you on permit requirements specific to your project and location during the estimate process.

Saunas are relatively low-maintenance. Regular wiping down of the interior benches and walls after use, occasional deep cleaning, and periodic inspection of the heater and electrical components are typically all that’s needed to keep your sauna in great condition for years.
